Returns & Exchanges

All bespoke and customised goods are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to their personalised nature, unless faulty. 

 

We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order, however, sometimes things can go wrong. 
 
Please inspect your order within 24 hours after the goods delivery.  

Should there be any problems with your order please notify us immediately.  

You can do this by telephone or via email. 
 
To rectify any problems, we may request collection of the order so that we can inspect the goods, therefore please do not distribute any part of the order. 
 
Once the order has been collected and quality-checked and we have confirmed that either the product or the print is faulty, we will offer to either:

 

a) rerun the faulty portion of the order or  

b) give a refund equal to the value of the faulty portion of the order.
