1. Policy Statement
Clonboy Ltd T/A WOW Custom Sportswear (“the Company”) is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all areas of our business and supply chain. We recognise our responsibility under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and fully support its objectives.
Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It can take various forms, including slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking. The Company has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and is committed to acting ethically, transparently and with integrity in all business dealings.
2. About Clonboy Ltd T/A WOW Custom Sportswear
Clonboy Ltd is a UK-based supplier of premium custom sportswear trading as WOW Custom Sportswear. We specialise in made-to-order, sublimated teamwear supplied to sports clubs, schools, charities and event organisers across the United Kingdom.
Our supply chain includes fabric manufacturers, garment production facilities, printers, logistics providers and embroidery specialists. We understand that the apparel and textile industry can present higher risks of labour exploitation, and we take this responsibility seriously.

4. Supply Chain Due Diligence
To mitigate risk within our supply chain, we:

Seek to work with suppliers that demonstrate compliance with applicable labour laws

Request confirmation from suppliers that they comply with relevant employment legislation and prohibit forced labour

Prioritise long-term relationships with trusted manufacturing partners

Avoid sourcing from suppliers where there is known or suspected use of forced labour

Review supplier standards where commercially appropriate
Where possible, we favour suppliers who demonstrate:

Safe working conditions

Fair wages and working hours

Freedom of association

Prohibition of child labour

Compliance with local employment laws
5. Risk Assessment
We recognise that risks of modern slavery can be higher in:

Overseas garment manufacturing

Subcontracted embroidery or finishing services

Complex, multi-tier supply chains
We assess risk based on:

Nature of goods supplied

Supplier transparency

Previous trading history
If any concerns are identified, we will investigate and, where necessary, suspend or terminate the business relationship.
6. Internal Responsibility
Responsibility for implementing and monitoring this policy rests with the Director of Clonboy Ltd.
The Director is responsible for:

Ensuring this policy is reviewed annually

Addressing any concerns raised

Maintaining appropriate supplier standards

Ensuring compliance with UK legislation
7. Reporting Concerns
Employees, contractors, suppliers and other business partners are encouraged to report any concerns regarding modern slavery or unethical practices in any part of our operations or supply chain.
Reports will be treated confidentially and investigated appropriately.
8. Training and Awareness
Given the size and structure of the Company, formal training programmes are not currently implemented. However, senior management remains informed of modern slavery risks within the apparel sector and ensures awareness is embedded in procurement decisions.
As the Company grows, we will review the need for additional formal training and compliance procedures.
9. Approval
This policy has been approved by the Director of Clonboy Ltd and will be reviewed annually.
