Made-to-Order Bespoke Clubwear & Teamwear
Fully sublimated multi-sport performance clubwear plus traditional heritage items, all produced in your club's exact colours and branding. This is the heart of what we do.
Sublimation starts with a blank canvas. All graphics - logos, colours, patterns - are printed in one go. The garment is NOT manufactured first and then customised afterwards.
This means:
no design limitations, no colour limitations (except metallics), total creative freedom, and a spec that reproduces identically every time. Colours won't peel, crack, or fade — ever.

The WOW 7-Pillar Method
This is what separates WOW from suppliers who sell merch. We deliver an operational system — from kit brief through to a reorder process you don't have to manage. Here's exactly how each made-to-order project runs:
01
Kit Brief + Rollout Requirements
Align stakeholders fast. Capture brand constraints, identify decision-makers, define scope. We get everyone on the same page before a single design is created.
Output: A single Kit Brief that procurement, ops, and brand can all sign off — prevents scope creep and misalignment.
02
Fit & Fabric Direction
Remove guesswork. Curate 2–3 garment routes based on use-case. Recommend fabrics and finishes based on actual use — not whatever's cheapest in the catalogue.
Output: The right fabric for the right purpose — no surprises after 20 washes.
03
Visuals + Spec Lock
Make consistency repeatable. Lock measurements, trims, stitching, colour standards, and sizing. This is the foundation of every future reorder.
Output: An approval-ready locked spec that ensures batch 1 matches batch 12.
04
Sampling & Wear-Test
Prove it before scale. Real production samples, not salesman samples. Check fit, comfort, colour, finish — in the real environment where they'll be worn.
Output: Confidence that what you approved is what you'll receive at scale.
05
Production Plan + Timeline Control
No surprises. Agreed schedule with clear milestones, delivery splits by site, defined communication cadence. You'll never have to chase us.
Output: A predictable rollout with real dates you can plan around.
06
Quality Checks + Delivery Verification
Protect the brand. QC against locked spec at warehouse before shipping. Pack by site, department, or role. Nothing ships unless it matches the spec.
Output: Every item matches the spec. Every box arrives correct.
07
Reorder System
Turn uniform into a solved system. Reorder-ready SKU/spec library, defined process for new starters and size swaps. Your team never starts from scratch again.
Output: Reordering feels like clicking a button, not starting a new project.
