We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Wow Customer Sportswear and, in particular, Olga, who supported us every step of the way.

From the very beginning, Olga took the time to truly understand our club’s culture, values and mission. She was incredibly personable, approachable and professional, and even arranged to meet with us in person to make sure we were creating something that genuinely represented our club.

We were given plenty of options for different styles and kit designs, and we really appreciated being able to try on different sizes before finalising our order. This made the whole process so much easier and gave us confidence that we were getting everything right before going into production.

The feedback from our team has been amazing! The quality of the t-shirts is fantastic — they’re lightweight, breathable and extremely comfortable. The perforated backs allow plenty of airflow, which is especially important when playing volleyball and getting through those intense training sessions and matches.

We also loved that all of the design concepts and graphics were shared with us throughout the process, allowing us to review, make changes and finalise everything before production. We chose sublimated t-shirts, meaning there’s no worry about stickers or transfers peeling off after multiple washes. Our hoodies, shorts, joggers and caps were beautifully embroidered and the overall finish is excellent.

Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the service, quality and attention to detail.
