Design Built for Production
Our factory designers create artwork with correct tolerances, print-ready files, and accurate colour matching.
What you approve is what arrives.
We maintain rigorous quality control at every stage of production .
Consistent Quality, Every Batch
Every order is checked against your approved spec before it leaves production:
colour, logo placement, stitching, and sizing.
Your spec is locked from first order onwards, so batch 12 looks identical to batch 1.
Global Supply, No Single Points of Failure
We work with specialist manufacturers across Latvia, Lithuania, Thailand, Vietnam, Mongolia, and Sri Lanka. If one region faces disruption, your order doesn't.
One relationship, one point of contact, backed by a resilient global production network.

Sustainability
Built Into Production, Not Bolted On
Sustainability matters to your brand - and to the people wearing your kit. It also matters to us. That's why our production process is designed to
reduce waste and environmental impact at every stage, not as an afterthought.
We use sustainable sublimation printing across our custom ranges. Unlike traditional dyeing methods, sublimation converts solid dye into gas using heat, bonding it directly to the fabric. There's
no water contamination, no excess dye waste, and no chemical runoff. The result is a print that won't peel, crack, or fade - so garmetns last longer and need replacing less often, which is better for your budget and the environment.
We also engineer our cutting templates to minimise fabric waste across every production run. When you're ordering hundreds of garments across multiple sites, that adds up - less material in landfill, lower raw material costs, and a cleaner supply chain you can report on with confidence.
If your organisation has sustainability targets or reporting requirements, we can provide details on our materials sourcing, printing processes, and waste reduction approach to support your procurement documentation.

FAQs
How does sublimation work?
Sublimation starts with a blank canvas. The dye bonds permanently with the polyester fibres at a molecular level — it becomes part of the fabric, not a layer on top. The result: colours that won't peel, crack, or fade, even after hundreds of washes. There are no design or colour limitations (except for metallic effect), and the spec reproduces identically every time.
Sublimation vs. embroidery - which do I need?
Sublimation is ideal for performance polyester garments where you want full-colour, all-over designs — playing shirts, leggings, cycling jerseys. Embroidery works best on heavier garments like fleeces, hoodies, and outerwear — it gives a premium, traditional feel. We'll recommend the right method based on your specific use case.
Can you match our exact brand colours?
CMYK printing (a subtractive colour model used in commercial printing, standing for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Key black) gets very close to any colour. For critical brand precision, we always recommend a physical sample so you can approve the exact shade in person. Supply your logos in SVG or EPS format with Pantone references where available — this gives us the best starting point for accurate colour reproduction.
What about polo shirts vs. t-shirts?
Polos vs T-shirts is largely a matter of personal preference. However, polos are generally considered the better choice for smarter or more formal club settings — such as front of house, coaching, and events. T-shirts, on the other hand, are ideal for performance and training.
Both are available in identical sublimated designs, ensuring consistent branding across all garment types.
What is the minimum order?
Made-to-order sublimation: from 50 units per garment style. Ready-made customised (embroidery or DTF & DTG print): from 20 units. We'll always confirm the right minimum for your specific garment choice when we quote.
What is DTG print?
DTG (Direct to Garment):
• Full-colour retail quality prints
• Ideal for complex designs with gradients and multiple colours
• Soft hand feel, breathable finish
• Perfect for cotton and cotton-blend garments
What is DTF print?
DTF (Direct to Film):
• Vibrant, full-colour transfers with excellent durability
• Works on virtually any fabric type (cotton, polyester, blends, even nylon)
• Stretchy and flexible – ideal for sportswear and activewear
• Great for dark and light garments
What is your Lead Time? Or how long will it take to get our order?
Made-to-order sublimation: 4–6 weeks. Ready-made with customisation: 10–14 working days. All timelines start from design sign-off — not from first enquiry.
Do you offer samples?
Yes. Samples are free for large orders. For smaller orders, the sample cost is charged upfront but deducted from your final invoice (details will be included in your Quote). We recommend sampling for larger orders — it's the best way to confirm fit, colour, and finish before committing to production.
How do reorders work?
After your first order, we store the full spec — measurements, colours, trims, sizing, every production detail. Reorders are placed against the locked specifications document. Individual sites can top up without creating admin or going through the full approval process again.
What about multi-site clubs?
Multi-site consistency is our core offering. Spec-locked reorder systems ensure every location gets identical kit — same colours, same fit, same quality — whether they're ordering from the first batch or the twelfth. No variation, no drift.
How is sublimation priced?
Sublimation is highly competitive at volume — typically in the range of 50 to 500 items. The most significant factor affecting price is order quantity. We'll give you a clear, transparent quote based on your specific requirements.
What affects the cost?
The main factors are: quantity, decoration method (sublimation, embroidery, DTF or DTG print), design complexity, lead time, and manufacturing location. Every quote we provide includes a full breakdown — no hidden costs, no surprises.
What does MOQ mean?
Minimum Order Quantity per product.
